Next Play Capital is run by its two founders. They walk the properties, price the renovations, sit at the closings and answer the phone, and afterward they manage what you bought.
Michael Rand
Licensed real estate agent in Ohio and Florida. Michael runs sourcing, underwriting, financing and investor relations. He built the firm's rent, cost and neighborhood models, and personally negotiates every purchase. Before Next Play Capital he marketed and sold luxury residential property in South Florida.
Mike Raben
Licensed real estate agent in Florida. Mike runs renovation, crews, operations and property management. He scopes every make-ready, signs off every draw against completed work, and runs the tenant side from placement through renewal.
How we work
Small on purpose. Direct by design.
There is no sales team between you and the people doing the work. The person who underwrote your property is the person who reports on it.
We manage what we sell
Every property we help you buy, we run afterward. If the underwriting was wrong, we are the ones living with it every month.
We pass on most of it
We walk far more buildings than we recommend. A plan is only as good as what we refuse to put in it.
We report in writing
Monthly statements and lease dates live in your portal. When something goes wrong, you hear it from us first, with the plan to fix it.
